Dawn began her real estate career in 2013, a natural choice given her upbringing in the construction and real estate industries. She believes that clear communication is the cornerstone of every successful transaction, and she takes pride in truly connecting with each client on a personal level. From the first meeting through closing and beyond, Dawn understands that buying or selling a home is often an emotional journey. She expertly represents buyers and sellers at all price points, handling transactions across the region—from Parkville to Staley Farms, Lee’s Summit to Kansas City, and Grandview to Overland Park, Leawood, Lenexa, Mission, Olathe, and Stilwell. Licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, Dawn is dedicated to making each real estate experience seamless and rewarding. She is also a member of the Bagnell Dam/Lake of the Ozark Board of Realtors. In Dawn's free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
